App Trigger: "Super Mario Odyssey was incredible, and Mario's work, for now, is done. It's time to take a vacation, buddy."
Time for Luigi to shine. Make a haunted Mansion sequel ninty
A true sequel aswell...none of that Dark Moon bullshit
Dark Moon was a great sequel. Nothing bullshit about it.
No it wasn't...it dumbed down everything in the original I mean small little mansions as chapters rather then one big one to explore. Just felt smaller in everyway, didn't capture the spirit of the first game at all. I think more people were just more into it because they had wanted a sequel for ages and took anything they got.
While the mansions weren't big it helped bring variety In & they were packed with little secrets & puzzles.
Anyone saying Dark Moon was a good sequel never played the original. The first had an actually creepy atmosphere with very unique ghosts in each areas all in their own unique area fitting their unique style. Dark Moon has none of this, it feels as if Dark Moon should be the first game and Luigi's Mansion should be the sequel, because it's better in every way. Not to mention the puzzles were more imaginative. Anyone who thinks Dark Moon is better doesn't understand basic progression. On topic------- I really hope they have Mario Odyssey DLC, I would LOVE more worlds.
YES. Please. On the Switch with that HD Rumble would be so much fun, too.
Or Bowser even. I would love a whole game about him.
Ah, I should've thought of that for the piece! Esp given a certain segment of Odyssey. That'd be incredible.
I honestly think that's likely what Next Level Games is working on. They've had a home console game in the pipeline for a while and Luigi and Boos were absent from Mario Odyssey. I'd rather they're working on a Mario Strikers 2, but a Luigi's Mansion 3 would be incredible if they learned from the few flaws of Dark Moon.
They have enough franchises to do that, it's what I don't understand Kirby, Donkey Kong, Metroid, Kid Icarus, Starfox, F-Zero, Animal Crossing, Pikman, Mother Didn't even mention Zelda or Pokemon aswell
Link had BotW, which I mentioned, and I did mention Pokemon. I was focusing mostly on things that haven't already been announced/stuff that's not predictable, but yeah they really do have enough franchises to not repeat Mario year after year.
Oh no no...I meant "I" didn't mention Zelda or Pokemon in my list, meaning I even got rid them because of how people say they overuse Zelda and Pokemon aswell :) I wasn't having a go at you
haha, no worries. :) we're thinkin the same thing!
Well release Super Mario Sunshine so he can get his vacation. :)
Eh, I think they should hit us with a entirely new style 2D Super Maio game in holiday 2019, then drop a Mario Mario 2 with that style included in 2020. Mario Party has been in a bad spot lately, but it still sells and I wouldn't be surprised if they have a new one coming next year. I can't say I'd be dissapointed if they announced a new 2D Mario game as long as it's not another game in the "New" Super Mario Bros series. They need to make the next game fresh and imaginative and as long as it does that I really don't care what year it comes out in.
*Mario Maker 2
A year will never pass where a Mario game won’t release
What mario game released last year?
Well Super Mario Run did come out for the IOS in 2016 lol.
Are you kidding? - Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge - Wii U/Nintendo 3DS - Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games - Paper Mario: Color Splash - Mario Party: Star Rush - Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS - Super Mario Run
make another mario side scroller
Mario has been 10xing it from day 1
Well it's been 7 years since Galaxy 2 and Nintendo doesn't rush games out so I highly doubt there is another 3D Mario coming in 2018 especially when Pokemon and Metroid will have the spotlight next year.
I need a new mario strikers football.
Yes to this! Game was awesome!
One year of Mario & the next Luigi & Mario the following could be good
the mario from ac2 was singlehandly better than this shit
