"A quick glance at The Frozen Wilds trailer and you can see some stark similarities. The dead trees, snow-covered land, and huge looming peaks in the distance all are reminiscent of the 2011 Bethesda RPG. Even the short glimpse inside a frozen cave is similar to the many, many structures and dungeons you visit in Skyrim.
Though there is no telling if The Frozen Wilds was directly inspired by Skyrim, it is certain to be just as welcomed by many as the days become longer and colder. The winter-themed DLC expansion releases at just the right (if not coincidental) time next month on November 7th, only 10 days before Skyrim comes to Switch."
Whoever wrote that is a moron. Skyrim did not invent dead trees, snow covered land, or huge looming peaks.
I thought all the snow in Frozen Wilds came from the same place it did in the original Horizon, the phenomenal engine Guerrilla games made to craft this masterpiece.
U R wrong, Skyrim was the very first game to ever be created and launch, everything that came out before and after that copied it to.
You can't deny facts that Mario on the Super Nintendo stole from Skyrim because in Skyrim you can jump. Also Mario is wearing clothes and has a hat something you can have in Skyrim
Kind of funny how even indirectly related game elements from tent-pole games Skyrim get tied to other games. Unless I can assertively turbo click the jump button to get up a mountain I don't want it compared to any Elder Scrolls title.

What the hell is this guy going on about? Is Skyrim all of a sudden responsible for creating winter tundras in games?
Just alot better though 😬.
Because, y'know, Skyrim owns winter in the mountains.
Because it has snow?
