Full review of the new 3DS simulation game “Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns”.
More:
".... has finally reached European shores after a lengthy six month wait, but luckily it was all worth it. Trio of Towns pays respects to its roots whilst blossoming into something new and exciting. Story: Trio of Towns is a story about proving yourself – both to yourself and your overbearing father – as someone who’s cut out to become a farmer. The game’s initial goals revolve around this set up, and plot-furthering cutscenes and dialogue all work towards that goal of self-realization. It didn’t click with me, as I was more obsessed with the actual farming rather than taking an introspective look at whether or not I had the right stuff – I mean of course I do, just look at my Strawberries – but it serves its purpose just fine."
With new titles such as Doraemon: Story of Seasons and Harvest Moon: Mad Dash releasing soon, we here at myPotatoGames thought it was a perfect opportunity to look back at the Bokujō Monogatari series. Below you'll find a list of a few defining games of Harvest Moon, developed by Marvelous.
There hasn't been a good Harvest Moon game since PS1. The series is dead, just let it go.
A flurry of new content is just around the corner for Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns, as XSEED Games has announced DLC, a custom theme, and a free update arriving on November 9th.
The Senran Kagura series is selling very well, and Peach Beach Splash continues to deliver solid performance for Marvelous Entertainment, that released its financial results.
Great franchise.
Was introduced to it in 2011 and watched the anime when it was finished airing shortly after and became one of my favorite new IP in 8th generation. With Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson being my favorite out of Burst, SV and EV.
That's good to hear, but I do hope they put more resources in refining and smoothing the combat and animation quality. There are improvements to be maid, but I do like the series.
Who doesnt like fanservice? I havent bought it yet but i will eventually just to have it..
