Koei Temco announced that the free-to-play game Dead or Alive 5: Last Round Core Fighters has surpassed 10 million downloads worldwide.

Tecmo Koei has just released the free to play version of Dead or Alive 5 Last Round on Steam.
After topping five million downloads in January, Dead or Alive 5: Last Round Core Fighters, Koei Tecmo’s free-to-play version of Dead or Alive 5: Last Round, has topped six million downloads worldwide across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and Xbox One, the company announced.
To celebrate the milestone, 26 of the fighting game’s 35 playable characters will be free to play between today and April 11 at 12:00 JST. Additionally, Koei Tecmo is slashing prices on some of the game’s downloadable content.
A great fighting game with rediculously hot babes how could it not have 6 million and counting downloads. sex sells even in a time of slut shaming, and perv shaming doa proves you can't stop sex appeal. On a side note extreme beach volleyball is an excellent compliment to the series. Don't believe the bias reviews the girls look hotter than ever screenshots and videos truly don't do this game justice. The volleyball is fun and addicting and it retains that same great relaxed vacation feeling with the same relaxed and fun music. The DLC for extreme 3 will likely be twice as much as last round.
The game is worth buying especially when it's fully translated in English.
One of the things you can't do with games like extreme 3, senran, bulletgirls etc is review them like you would uncharted, dark souls over watch etc. these games are fan service and need to be reviewed on that merit. The sexy factor, is primary and how everything else surrounding that makes the game bad or good.
Like for me the fan service in bulletgirls is terrible skinny unattractive and dull girls in dull repetive environments but good gun play result in a 5 of 10 score from me. Senran has cumbersome camera controls, and game mechanics that can be frustratingly repetive when you have to do the same levels with a girl you don't like. But the fighting is good and the girls are hot and the game is funny as hell. Photo mode needs a lot of work. 7 of 10. Extreme beach 3 is a beautifully rendered game the girls and the island just look amazing. Simple gameplay throughout keep you relaxed and just enjoying this great vacation island. Grinding is not a chore with so much to see and do. The music is great for this atmosphere. The one thing I hoped they would implement is the pause function like last rounds photo mode but instead we must deal with gravure mode and being quick on the trigger to capture the girls as they move about the island.
I hope they bring some of these bathing suits to last round as well.
On a side note I can see why they didn't bring this game here even though they did the previous two. And it's because of Marie rose and certain situations people here just won't tolerate.
It's a shame though cause the game really is great. If they ever do bring it here they will have to do something about Marie rose and certain areas with her that would certainly cause a firestorm.
Smart move by tecmo not bringing it here. Not worth the headache.
Only the Japanese ps store. But that one is not in English. Have to import if you need it in English.
DOA is awesome.. Im glad they released this free version so people can see its not about the tits and its a great fighting game..
best one since DOA 2 Hardcore IMO, love this game so much
