The original Bioshock had a brilliant showdown with the final boss with a plot twist for the ages.

What about Gael from Dark Souls 3? It's nearly impossible to beat that boss on your own.

nah its pretty doable just takes a few tries and studying his moves

that being said you could put almost every DS/BB bossfight up there
