The makers of Heavenly Sword create a game with graphics to rival Horizon Zero Dawn and a story that demands to be take seriously.
Seems to be getting mixed reviews. But this does look gorgeous.
Not really that mixed, they've been positive more than anything else.
i think he means that its getting either very high reviews or very low reviews, you'll either love it or hate it, it seems.
@gamer, The very low reviews have been almost non-existent. This particular site fails to understand the game at all. They were apparently wanting a hack and slash. They mention combat first and foremost. And the article is riddled with imperceptive statements such as this: "Senua barely registers as an actual character until very late in the game. Absurd. Who she is begins to register in the first level. You do uncover layers as the game proceeds but the fact the title didn't not dump her character en masse in the first few moments is apparently more than some simpleton reviewers can stand.
Yeah, they average around the 8 range with quite a few 9's, but a couple of 6's bringing the average down. The vast majority of them are around a 7.5-8.5. http://www.metacritic.com/g...
It's definitely getting more positive than negative.its an 81 on meta.
It's got 2 mixed reviews on metacritic and 19 positive. wtf are you seeing that I'm not?
Just a chance to troll, the game looks fantastic and I'll be grabbing mine on the weekend.
Septic tank only sees through his green tinted googles. 2 mixed reviews vs 19 positive reviews equates to "overall mixed reviews" for him
How are you gauging these "mixed" reviews?
He's not going to correct himself or admit he was wrong. Prefers to make unfunny jokes in order to distract.
"From feels" Why not say. 'I FEEL this is getting mixed reviews'???
Simply put, because he's a prick
This is Septic we're talking about here.
It's got an 81 on metacritic that's not a mixed reviews score. It's got 22 reviews posted with 20 being positive and 2 being mixed
holy fvck .. just play the god damn game if you're interested! they should do reviews without a number at the end.
While I agree that reviews should be without any number, it is very difficult to judge a game in a way people can understand without some sort of rating. Personally I would love reviewers to go to the skip, rent, buy or wait for sale style but some people live off those numbers.
Way to stand out, Metro. Both my friends picked this up because, according to them, it had a Horizon Zero Dawn feel to it from the trailers. Though they say it's nothing like Zero Dawn, they absolutely LOVE it. I can't wait to pick this up on Steam later today. Also, $29.99? Thank you, Ninja Theory.
Hellbalde is damn cheap yet damn beautiful!
Played it , enjoyed it. Holds a special place in my heart. 9/10
