Nope. Sony has been increasing PlayStation Plus subscription quietly for the past 2 years. In UK Xbox Live has always been £40, even though Microsoft offers unlimited cloud saves for all users and non subscribers as well, Games with Gold are all playable on Xbox One while Xbox Live is free on PC.
