I'm surprised it got an 8. Because the series has such a narrow, almost cultish appeal, AC games usually get 6 or 7-ish. Unless they're reviewed by an AC player, that is.

AC4 is one of the best game the PS3 can offer right now,the game is really no bad for a 2 months old's consolo.
And anyone who still dont own a PS3 yet,should really look for the 360 version coming in March.

Yes I know,actually I am having fun with the PS3 version right now.
However I kind of think the PS3 and 360 version will look very close.

I got the ps3 & 360 & Wii but I'm having more fun with Resistance, Motorstorm Demo, messing around with Linux a little bit, Zelda twilight princess, wii sports... My younger bro is borrowing my 360, and I'm really not missing it....

i am not on crack. i played the game, i am not sure if you did. the mobile suits in gundam look awesome! the best models i ever saw! gundam is very hard, yes but it is still a good game for me. ac4 is too fast, and you have not the feeling that you control a roboter.

I love giant mechs. Even if its technically a bad game, I can't get enough. But seeing that AC4 is actually being considered good all around I cant wait. Also, I love Gundam too. It did suck, but I love giant mechs.

yeah uh... Even the Orignal Gundams and MS in the Universal Century moved faster than they do in that game in the anime. AC has a cult following sure, and so will AC4 in the states... but it's far superior to MSG: Crossfire.

The scale of the MS's are off. Watch the RX-78 in the anime... the one in the game must be in slow mo... along with the rest of the game.

Sure, the mechs are pretty. But looks aren't everything, right?

I was hoping this game would be good. I'll get it when I get my 360 then. These consoles are starting to justify their outrageous prices (ps3, I'm looking at you).
