Stuff Review: Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise

Jason Hill writes: "Viva Pinata was supposed to be the game that softened the Xbox's hardcore image.

But despite the exceedingly cute characters and accompanying kids' TV show, the game was far too sophisticated for most youngsters.

More an expansion of the original than a sequel, Trouble in Paradise does little to make the game more accessible or palatable for young players. It might be a pinata's lot in life to be belted with a stick but to get the most out of it players must treat the colourful critters as a disposable resource, which might upset some kids."

The story is too old to be commented.
