This Fan Made Concept Of PlayStation 4’s Minimal UI Excites Me

Looks like Windows 10's Metro/
Google/Androids' Material/

All perfectly integrated. I'd love this on PS4

I'd also like to remove apps I don't use as well. Not liking that I have to scroll all the way down to get to Crunchyroll/VRV to watch anime.

Lastly, I don't think PS4 is ready for this. They devote more resources to games, but maybe PS5? Hope this gets popular and they take note.

It shouldn't excite you because Sony doesn't respond to fan feedback to update the UI, they just copy what the competition did the previous generation. I mean the 360 had cross game chat the entire generation, a whole 8 years before Sony had the ability to implement it. God bless Microsoft for establishing XBL a generation before PSN, they'll be years and years ahead forever because of it.

Wow, that must why PS4's UI looks more like PS3's XMB than Xbox's Metro design. Oh wait.

Haha, yep. Windows 10 UX with Google Material style. Although that is a great thing!

I don't see anything that is better than what we have now.

Seems to work the same, just looks different...
