Luke Smith, director of Destiny 2, has stated that "Destiny 2's PlayStation exclusive content will arrive on Xbox One and PC in 2018."
? I thought he said it would never come to PC or Xbox.
Going by what happened with Destiny 1, is there a difference?
No, it's 1 year and it will be until 2024 for every iteration between now and then.
1 year exclusivity.
That article was not based on an actual quote, ie. it was made up...
fair enough, thanks for the clarification
Wont be buying this. Bungie treats gamers like shit.
I bought the first Destiny on PS4, but hardly ever played it. Never bought any of the expansions. I doubt I will be getting the sequel for any platform. There is so much other stuff to play this year and next, that it won't be missed at all.
I hate this exclusive or delayed content, games are already too fragmented.
LOL I know where my cash wont be going.
So most will have moved on to different games like last time gotcha
Mandingo: Bungie gives no fncks if you buy the game... The ps4 version of Destiny 2 will sell more than recore, quantum break, sunset overdrive, gears 4, and halo wars 2 combined 😂 zing Destiny 1 ps4 ver: 5.6 mil Recore: 0.24 mil Halowars 2: 0.27 mil Gears 4: 2.93 mil Sunset overdrive: 1.16 mil Quantum break: 0.64 mil
Thats good for them but they will not see a penny from me.
Destiny alone outsells many Xbox One "system sellers" and so-called "exclusives" combined
Ikr haha. Thats why xb is scaling back on their 1st party games... What little they had.
Or maybe they see xbox and pc as an extra profit.
I'm pretty skeptical about Destiny 2. I played a couple hours of The Taken King? and uninstalled. It was amusing listening to Bombcast discuss Destiny and all of it's issues for months! I hope Destiny 2 is better for Bungie's sake. I may check out Destiny 2 but not for a while if it's going to have problems like the first one.
