Dailystar: "PS4, XBOX ONE and PC gamers have a lot of choice for fighting games this year, but having played Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite we think it might just edge Injustice 2 and Tekken 7 for first place."
comparing a 2d fighter to 3d fighter
Whats so 3d about Tekken over Injustice/MK. You can interact with the world in injustice. More thing happening in screen. MK and Injustice and netherealm a western dev have butt kicked the japanese who have dominated fighting genre for decades. MK and Injustice have better graphics and run 60fps.
Tekken you can move around the whole stage
japanese fighting games are still dominating worldwide. Just check the crowd at each fighting game tournament to see which one is more popular
It's not tho
Idk about Injustice, but this dude had the nerve to say Tekken 7.
It's different than both of those. I say, as long as it stays true to the MVC series, this game will be great.
It's a capcom game so no it won't. Capcom has no idea what to do with their fighting games as evidenced by SFV, and theyre not willing to throw the same amount of money at MvC as Netherrealm did at Injustice.
IDK but im only willing to buy MvC at launch.. I like long trippy combos and characters from both franchises better..
Or it might not. Just sayin'
...and street fighter 5
Pretty sure it will not be better then injustice 2.
I feel like mvc is more user friendly controls. Not a big fan of injustice because it plays to much like mortal kombat. Very stiff and to many button presses just to get a combo going on
not sure about this one seeing as how the 3rd one didn't really fly off the shelves when they re-released it...sure it sold but not to the point where people where going crazy about it. unlike the 2nd one where copies of it were going for hundreds of dollars on ebay years after it was released. I think if it's simply more of the same but with a few more characters than before then it will just do ok for them...they should have just added some dlc to marvel vs capcom 3 like they did with street fighter 4 or how killer instinct is doing with Seasons.
Injustice appeals to a different crowd than the Tekken and MvC:I crowds. Stating one is better than the other is just subjective, someone more casual fighting game friendly will say Injustice 2 is the best just because it has modes and replay value that is not centric around getting better at the game. It has gear, unlockables etc and rewards the player for doing "things". Competitively, Tekken 7 will be more successful and perhaps MvC:I will be as well. Injustice 2 will probably sell more than both games and be more of a commercial success due to its presentation and appeal of being a more rewarding accessible and content heavy fighting game, but in terms of competitive depth I don't see it being better than Tekken 7 (nevermind it being a 3D Fighter), MvC:I I believe meh...it's debatable, Capcom isn't going to outdo NR with storytelling or content creation so the flow of the game, it's mechanics and the tools they give players to work with will have to be the driving force that leads the game, it seems like it's going back to its traditional MvC roots which is fine I guess, but the execution is key. Injustice 2 is a GOOD GAME from what I've seen, but when you talk about what makes good FIGHTING GAMES more specifically in this case which one will be the BEST, more needs to be taken into consideration than it's coat of paint it's all about whats under the hood.
It might.... but we dont know yet. We sha'll see in a few months
They're all quite different from one another and are all amazing.
i dunno injustce 2 looks pretty cool
