What dark side. They will be making games for PC, XB1 & PS4. If that's the darkside, what side is the light? The Switch?

Anything better than the Order should do.

BLizardXD223d ago

Agreed, Quantum Break actually Scored pretty average but it didn't fall below like other games. It's the fact that QB was hyped to be a block buster exclusive, which it's not exclusive it's on PC as well. The adoption rate and reception of Quantum Break is also nowhere near as controversial to No man's Sky or Mass Effect Andromeda which were considered broken games and requested refunds on platforms like steam.

DevilOgreFish223d ago (Edited 223d ago )

^^^ True Quantum Break turned out to be better than Mass Effect Andromeda. Andromeda was in development since before QB back in 2012.

PrematuaProcrastin8a224d ago

Quantum break gets a bad rap. Was it perfect? No, was it as good as Max Payne? No, but it was a solid 3rd person action game which tried some new things with cross media that didn't quite work. The game portion was fun, apart from the final boss fight.

I agree. It was nothing fantastic like I was hoping it would be but it was fun enough for a play through. I actually quite liked the episodes. I thought they were more interesting than the games story.

darthv72223d ago

I'd say its a pretty good game. I do think that all the live action stuff could have been left on the disc and just played from there (for those who bought the physical copy) instead of taking up so much space but... oh well.

LexHazard79224d ago

Lol..most of the people you see complaining about QB never played the game.

trooper_223d ago (Edited 223d ago )

And people who never played 'The Order' bashed it too so...

The 10th Rider223d ago

@DealerGaming,

Since when is a 77/100 a critical failure?

candystop223d ago

Yeah but "the order" truly did suck balls. For the record I haven't liked a Remedy game since "Max Payne".

KenichiEbina223d ago

"Yeah but "the order" truly did suck balls."

Just like QB then. Cool

XanderZane223d ago

@KenichiEbina
Not quite like QB. A 77 score -vs- a 63 score? That's a sizable difference. Even the gamer's score is higher for QB.

All we can agree on is that both games weren't great. That's a fact. I've played both games. Both games should have been a lot better.

darthv72223d ago

@dealer... "Most of the people that defend QB are xbox fanboys so?" sorry man but people dont have to be a "fanboy" to defend a game from unwarranted hate. They can be people who just like to play games.

I'd say it is the fanboys who throw out the word fanboy and those are the ones who need to be corrected... such as yourself.

AngelicIceDiamond223d ago

Hilarious ppl deemed it a critical failure but got a higher score than The Order. QB 77 and The Order 63 so what does that make The Order going by "critical failures. I swear the fanboys set them self up, its like they spit into the wind each and every time and never learn.

Agreed. It wasnt astounding but, like Ryse son of Rome, QB got a lot of hate not being as bad as people said it was.
TV thing wasn't that bad...but I don't think it belongs in a game.
The game itself had good dialogue and good action. Unfortunately not enough variety in the action part but mixing the time powers and shooting felt very cool....so what if there wasn't a reload animation. Which I do think there is ...but the game sometimes skipped it.

I wouldnt mind a QB sequel and this time with actual interaction with the end of time creatures. And no TV show.

Nyxus223d ago

Agreed. The hate this game receives is very disproportionate.
