Yes. The game was great. The DLC was better. (I get the argument about the launch price for a MP game). It also released free DLC for anyone who owns PSVR. You get to fly an XWing in the Rogue One mission and take on Tie Fighters.
It is a superb DLC. The game is fun and the game modes are a blast to play.
I love the idea of heroes. Further, the game sold so well that a sequel is coming.
So, yes, it was a success.
I said goodbye to it in January of last year. Hopefully they learned from their mistakes and make the Battlefront that we have been waiting for a long, long time.
Well I hope Battlefront 2 will be what this game should have been.
The originals lasted way longer and although I liked it, graphically, star wars just seemed to much of a money leech and all for what a limited supported game all so they can do it all over again, I don't think so.
I was really looking forward to star wars Bf and did enjoy it, but way to much which also made me feel like it was also a cheap knock off compared to its originals.
That game was garbage played the beta and laughed my ass off what trash.
And I love DICE games but that one was a turd. and i know its all EA's fault.
