Steep pricing and fumbled details makes for a less than assured launch.
Nintendo Switch version 18.0.1 firmware update has been released and the full patch notes are now available.

Lam is among the 120 characters available for recruitment in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. While she is one of the many straightforward recruits, a known bug may prevent players from recruiting her if certain conditions are met. Despite developers’ assurances of fixing the bug, some early access players still encounter issues with recruiting Lam despite attempting the standard method.
Samus Aran from the Metroid series almost made an appearance in Fortnite, but Nintendo and Epic couldn’t agree on how she’d be implemented.
I totally agree the press was so muddled, I mean by god they showed some dope ass games that I'm getting day one. Though they failed to tell us the launch lineup beside loz, they didn't show storage, they didn't show us the specs. I wanted to see what the boxes looked like lol they could have shown alot more of third partis games.
Steep pricing? Launched $100 dollars cheaper than a ps4 at launch. We don't know the hardware in this. Stop relying off old dev kits for info.
How is 300 too much? Stop grasping at straws. On a side note, I would like to see the Wii U dropped down to 150, I wouldn't hesitate to buy one
I'm gonna wait for a few months to see what happens. At least until E3 this year. I need more games and more info. I do miss Nintendo games tho.
I'm actually bummed I waited for the Switch, I wanted to grab a Wii U over a year ago when rumours started about a new console and am actually thinking of just grabbing a Wii U soon instead and get my Nintendo fix that way, Gamecube has been my last proper Nintendo console....
This also reminds me that I would rather like it if Wii/Wii U games would be backwards compatible when you buy them digitally, but I doubt it...
