Management is Not the Enemy

How many gamers have written off one genre or another without actually giving them a chance? And if by doing so, they are doing their hobby a disservice, rejecting out of hand the possibility that they might like-and end up purchasing-a game that's different from the other 50 on our shelves. Gamers all have bemoaned the "same-old, same-old" trend that seems to have plagued most game development over the past few years. But what if what's actually same-old, same-old is them?
