This blog supposedly outed ArenaNet for working with gold farmers in some elaborate scheme to make the company more money, undercut the dedicated player-base and massacre hundreds of thousands of small fluffy bunnies. Okay, we may have exaggerated a bit on that last one."
The release date and other details have been revealed for The Complete Art of Guild Wars.
Guild Wars is an MMORPG that has been in maintenance mode with no official support for years, but the game's economy is fairly stable, most PvP activities are still accessible and even Auction House-like services exist - thanks to bots.
Now here is a pleasant surprise. ArenaNET has released a brand new patch for the first Guild Wars game, adding some new graphics settings/options. According to the release notes, this new update adds support for windowed Fullscreen, a new 8X MSAA anti-aliasing option, and a new “Advanced” option checkbox.
A bit too late to admit this is a hoax after a year though
