Playstation better do as good if not better. This is the month of Santa and birth of baby Jebus. We better get AAA because that what realy matters to us Console gamers.

PS+ previously gave all the games minus Burnout, regurgitation at best.

I think I read somewhere that all Gold Offers will now be BC?

Condemnedman2709d ago

they have been for a few months now

XanderZane2710d ago

Hell yes, I want to play Burnout Paradise on my XBox One. I think I already own OutLand though. I have OutLast on my PS4 and Sleeping Dogs on my XBox 360. Don't have the Definitive Edition however. Guess I'll download that. December a pretty good month for GWG. Better then last month. Let's see what Sony has for us.

Sweet. Amazing month.

Xbox One
Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition (December 1-31)
Outlast (December 16 - January 15)
Xbox 360
Outland (December 1-15)
Burnout Paradise (December 16-31)

BC adds so much value to GWG and the fact that the 360 titles are yours to keep forever makes it even better.. Great job MS.

AngelicIceDiamond2710d ago

I played Sleeping Dogs I don't mind giving the Definition. I missed out on Burnout last gen I have to give that a go as well.

christocolus2710d ago (Edited 2710d ago )

Burnout 3 is the only game on that list I've already played. So it's really an amazing month for me.

UltraNova2709d ago

You missed the most addictive arcade racer ever made...prepare for awe!

Espangerish2710d ago

I am a PlayStation player through and through but I have to acknowledge that GWG is now much better than PS Plus.

BC is a fantastic feature, beats the hell out of PS Now.

Movefasta19932710d ago

ANd that's why competition is great.

badz1492710d ago

"GWG is now much better than PS Plus"

This month was underpar for both but the 2 months before that, PS+ destroyed GWG by miles? Where were you back then?

PS player through and through? Give me a break. You're just a TROLL!

Bigpappy2710d ago (Edited 2710d ago )

I've never played any of those. Outland has my interest.

Mulando2710d ago

so, sleeping dogs isn't available in Germany (only for xbox 360). Well if they give anything else here, we'll get 3 xbox one games next month. Because you can "buy" those free titles by changing your country in the xbox configuration, buy the "free" titel and change it back.

How Burnout Paradise bucked the trend and made open-world racing irresistible

Met with derision from existing Burnout-series fans at the time, Burnout Paradise remains arguably the greatest open-world racing game of all time. Here's why.

SullysCigar352d ago

I don't know why - and I know I'm probably on my own here - but I liked Takedown more. I think it was just 'different' enough to feel fresh. I also loved the destruction.

On that note, a new Motorstorm would be nice! All that mud, dust and car pieces flying everywhere blew my mind on PS3 - imagine what they could do now.

NJShadow352d ago

I loved Burnout Paradise, but Burnout 3: Takedown will always be the best game in the series, for me. Burnout 3 is arguably the most fun game ever made, with the greatest licensed soundtrack ever.

EazyC352d ago

I played through the remaster quite recently. It's not as good as I remember, but I think a lot of that is because the "open world" thing was still pretty fresh back then.

I do think there's a gap in the market for a game like Burnout. With the new gen they could really make car damage a huge selling point again.

BrainSyphoned352d ago

Paradise gave me open world burnout before I knew it was a thing.

CPTN MITCHELL352d ago

Burnout paradise remastered and original are my favorite, i got the platinum trophy for both games the nighthawk is my favorite car

Einhander1971352d ago

Personally don't give a shit for open world racers. Give me a new Motorstorm, Split second, Outrun.

A lot of my favourites are on this list so I whole heartedly approve.
Everything except The Observer. It started out really interesting but quickly unraveled into a train wreck. Including frustratingly dull dives into mind sequences, They neutered the monster with boring on rail stealth sequences and a laughably obvious and cringeworthy ending. Mix in bugs and some wonky controls to boot.
I had really strong impressions with it to start but ended up absolutely hating it.

isarai535d ago

I got 2-3hrs in and couldn't take it anymore, the constant need to switch between the 3 visions just became so annoying and honestly just unnecessary.

monkey602535d ago

I actually agree. At first I thought it was a great idea because the game wasn't holding your hand with the Detective work but it was so unintuitive too. It became a sequence of staring at everything for long enough in 3 different vision modes just to see what stuck.

Yui_Suzumiya534d ago

Soma would be more existential horror than anything but I'll be damned if it didn't have one of the best stories in game that I've experienced. Blew my mind.

I remember the suffering and it was descent game. I always wanted to play Crimson but never got to it.

But honestly, I’ve never played a game that really scared me, like some movies from the past have.

Silly gameAr556d ago

I remember The Suffering 1 and 2. I haven't thought about those games in years. I still remember some parts of the level in the prison where a guy was sucked through a vent screaming. I don't know why that's stuck with me all of these years.

Babadook7556d ago

I'm saving RE VIII for when the PS VR2 comes out.
