Should be no surprise, Capcom has given ignored MH on Playstation since the PS3 version cancelled in favor of the Wii version. Capcom wanted to be on the platform that was cheaper to make games from what I recalled.

Now we do have frontier, but come on its frontier, not the same.

I don't ever see MH coming back to PlayStation, 3ds to profitable of a platform for capcom

Capcom knows that their biggest Monster Hunter fanbase is on the Nintendo systems. Capcom wouldn't want to be turning their backs or betraying their biggest user base now would they??

To be fair they havent returned to a Sony system in years! I bet you should it come to PS4, it will sell more than what most expect. The hardcore fanbase will come anyhow I would like it to be multiplatform at least once this gen. For crying out loud even IOS has a game before a current Sony system!

It's just so much easier to make a monster hunter game without needing to spend tons on bleeding edge tech and release on nintendo and get huge returns than it would be on a sony console. That's the truth.

Cut the bull Capcom and make Monster Hunter games for the Nintendo Switch! Hopefully they kill the 3DS off! Honestly while I own a a modded Freeshop New 3Ds XL, touch screen gaming isn't as good as standard console controls. Don't get me wrong I do love the Monster Hunter series and other games on my New 3DS XL ,but I can't help but think how much more those games would be awesome with better visuals/higher resolution and controls both at home and on the go; which the Nintendo Switch promises to address all of those issues.
