"Apple CEO Steve Jobs touted the iPod's continued dominance today as he unveiled the latest refresh of the portable media players. The news came a day after Microsoft showed its new Zune lineup -- the third generation in the Redmond company's attempt to challenge Apple's position.
How does Microsoft view the competition these days? Should the company change its approach? Robbie Bach, president of the company's Entertainment & Devices Division, acknowledges that Microsoft still faces an uphill climb against the iPod.
