By now most of you are familiar with Spore's incredible creature editor, which has been out for months. But yesterday the full game hit shelves (see GameSpy's Spore review), and now at long last the full suite of tools is in your hands. At last you could build your arsenal of chocolate spaceships and googly-eyed submarines, your steam-powered jet planes and factories with legs.
Part of the brilliance of Spore is that all of the editors have the same basic interface, so many of the tricks you've used to build your three-toed Snoorklesnout creatures apply when you build three-wheeled deathtank vehicles. But there are also some new tricks you can use to build even more complicated things.
