More Data on Anti-Obese Gaming

Another study has been logged revealing more data supporting the health benefits kids can enjoy from playing active games, Reuters reports.

In a study by Robin R. Mellecker and Alison M. McManus of the Institute for Human Performance at University of Hong Kong in Pokfulam, the researchers found that compared with resting, test kids burned 39 percent more calories per minute when playing a seated game, 98 percent more calories during an active bowling game and 451 percent more when playing an action/running mat-based game.
