You are gonna abandon your feminine character and you are gonna like it - Niantic and Nintendo Probably
They removed curves and made em look sickly. But hey now you can make a morbidly obese character, or a very buff chick. Tell me how I'm the crazy one, and how there nothing wrong with this. Gaslight me by asking why I'm bothered by video game characters not looking sexy and by telling me that i don't know how real women look like. Smh
No, it was a venture into make more money and to please stock holders. Nintendo didn't develop Pokemon Go by the way. It was Niantic.

They just reconfirmed yesterday the NX is coming March 2017 so no, it does not mark the end of Nintendo consoles. As BrandanT said, it is a way to make more money and please stockholders; plus, gets it more people into Nintendo products considering GameStop has reported a sales increase in their stores since Pokemon Go launched, especially with Pokemon merchandise.
Pokemon Sun and Moon also saw a preorder increase since Pokemon Go launched as well.
In my opinion, I don't see Nintendo leaving the dedicated console market any time soon
What they need is a powerful console w the ability to do more without relying on the gimmicks. Get some more adult games on there. They have the ESRB for a reason. Let them rate the games and let the parents decide if their kids are mature enough to play them. Stop only catering to kids. That's the first step. NES and SNES games are still fun for adults today...Go back to having a wide audience.
