What We Think About the Nintendo Problem

Dwellers Included: While there’s a large group of people that completely adore Nintendo for their never aging franchises as well as their state of the art hardware, there’s a whole side of the world that dislikes them for those same reasons. Nintendo, as of late, seems to have been making relatively poor decisions in regards to the direction that they want to go in reference to both hardware development and software.

The NX version of Zelda should sell the system, I plan on picking one up. I want the best looking version, of the already fantastic looking Wii U game. It going to be great new system with a massive game!

I believe that this game is what's going to redeem Nintendo from this weird hell that they've been in. Hopefully, this will kick the NX down a road of incredible releases.

I definitely believe Nintendo when they say that NX software output will blow Wii U software output out of the water. I mean Wii U's first party output was good and I'll bet NX will get twice as many high quality first party games. Not just that but having an incredible Zelda game AT LAUNCH is always good.

lol no.

I'm getting NX for Zelda day 1 and even I don't agree with that. 1 game won't sell a system buddy, no matter how good the game is.

What Zelda do you know sold 100 million units? Thus, how can this 1 game fix Nintendo's current situation?

"1 game won't sell a system buddy"

Tell that to games like GTA5, Witcher 3, and plenty of other games that became legitimate main reasons for people picking up a particular console.

Whether you like admitting it or not, in the end, there is always an "Entry game" for everyone. One game that takes priority over everything else, that a gamer wants to play first before anything else on a system, even if they know of 50+ other games coming out that they want on it.

Breath of the Wild is that entry game, for the NX, for a very large, and still growing, number of people, and you can bet that it'll have other games worth grabbing on it at launch too.

Zelda will just be the main reason.
And there's absolutely nothing wrong with that, because it'll definitely get other great games to compliment Zelda as the main choice for those people, and will probably have a few others for those that don't like open world adventure games that they can use as their reason to get an NX.

And statistics says Nintendo's fanbase is shrinking every generation...

The new Zelda looks better than anything I've seen in the last two decades from a gameplay perspective. That game alone is going to sell the system!

Embracer CEO demonstrates a masterclass in mental gymnastics in latest interview.
