Jade at IGCritic writes "I’d even go to the extent of importing a video game across countries in order to have a physical copy. Yeah sure, the Mega Man Legacy Collection won’t break the bank digitally, but nothing beats the feeling of taking that cellophane off and breathing in those expensive factory fumes."
The Hogwarts Legacy video game is on sale for the lowest price yet. You can get the Standard Edition on Steam for $29.99 down from $59.99 (that's $30 off). And, the Digital Deluxe Edition can be picked up for just $59.99, which is $59.99 off its usual price of $119.98.
50% is about as far as I made it through the game too. It started so strong in and around the castle... $30 feels about right though
Yuffie joins the party late in the game in FF7 Rebirth, but she's still a potential date partner for Cloud in Chapter 12 at the Gold Saucer. So if you've got your heart set on the adorable Wutai Ninja, here's our guide on how to Date Yuffie in FF7 Rebirth, covering everything from her sidequests, her Synergy Skills and Abilities that you'll need to use with Cloud, and what answers to give during her relationship building dialogues.
Saad from eXputer: "Despite the success of Hogwarts Legacy, WB's decided to focus on live service and I've lost all hope for a potential sequel."
Let's just chalk this game up as a fantastic one-off, and WB can go f******* rot in hell.
I have no idea how eceutive teams can look at both Hogwarts and suicide squad next to each other and go hey our critical and commercial darling was a fluke suicide squad was the real success they just didn't know it.
Seemingly there's some weird ego involved someone wants to be proven right
I bought thought it was okay first 10 hrs then boy did the repeative gameplay kick in
They will realize that live service games die pretty much as soon as they begin and then they’ll stop and we may still get a sequel.
Agreed. Physical all the way.
Unless a game is super rare and expensive, I'm all about the physical. In fact, I recently bought a physical copy of Puppeteer despite having the PS+ version, just so I could own it on disc. (And I'll probably do the same with Super Meat Boy)
Maybe it's a psychological thing but I never feel like I truly own a digital game. It's just an icon on the screen, not part of my collection. Having an actual box with an actual disc/cartridge to put on the shelf just feels right. If gaming went 100% digital next gen then I'd probably buy some older systems like the 3DS and Wii U, and enjoy all the games I've missed out on. Considering the size of my backlog, I could keep myself going for a few years. :)
My brother, however, is the complete opposite. He's gone full digital and actually hates physical discs. It's all about preference.
