Evil Avatar writes: "I've been waiting for this game for quite a while, probably ever since I heard about it after the release of the fantastic Eternal Darkness on the GameCube. We've been waiting a long time for this game (Denis Dyack says it has only been in real development for 5 years) and although it doesn't fully garner the payoff we are probably seeking, it does bring a solid game to the table. At the end of the game, you begin to realize the game could have been so much more without the setbacks, changing of platforms and the return to square one that happened when the Unreal 3 Engine was dumped for an internal one."
+The RPG elements are good for both novices and experts in the genre
+The music when present is fantastic
+The fun comes once you've learned the controls
-The graphics are serviceable
-During the first two stages, the game seems agonizing as you learn the controls
-Right analog stick attack controls are a problem in my mind, could have easily used face buttons
-Watching those damn angels come down to pick you up
