DIY Retro Controllers for the Wii

Hack n' Mod Reports:

"Who wants new fangled motion sensing technology when you can have a NES, SNES, N64, or Gamecube controller? Where's the nostalgia? Learn to retrofy your Wii with custom made controllers so you can properly play retro games on the console.

"Nintendo's idea of implementing support for NES, SNES and N64 games in the Wii (see our other Wii Hacks), is in my opinion one of their greatest ideas. As soon as I learned that it would be possible to use Gamecube controllers to play those games, I started thinking about designing an Snes/Nes controllers to Gamecube adapter which would be compatible with the Wii."
