For every great game that never comes to America, approximately five completely awful ones stay an ocean length's away, where only the people responsible can be hurt. And this fact was even truer in the NES era, back when Nintendo ruled the world even more than they do now. The Famicom, though a revolutionary console that saved video games, certainly didn't have a lack of unscrupulous opportunists looking to release their shoddy products for the appliance that was becoming as common as the household toaster.
