GameSpy writes: "With a new "Harry Potter" movie coming soon, it's hardly any surprise that EA has revealed a new game based on it. At the company's recent Summer Showcase event, we got a chance to try out the boy wizard's latest adventure of the Wii, which is the lead platform for the title. The previous "Potter" game, Order of the Phoenix, received praise for its movie-accurate portrayal of Hogwarts, Harry's wizarding school and the setting for most of the action in the movies and books. During our demo, we didn't get a chance to roam the castle's hallways, though. Instead, we were shown a few of the mini-games that flesh out Harry's adventure to stop the dark lord, Voldemort.
Each of the mini-games are designed to take full advantage of the motion-sensing capabilities of the Wii Remote. The first game we tried was a round of Quidditch, where we controlled Harry who is, of course, the Gryffindor team seeker. During this sport, it's Harry's job to patrol the skies on his flying broom and chase down the elusive golden snitch when it appears. Catching the snitch typically wins the game for whoever snags it."
+Enjoyable mini-games that make good use of the Wii Remote
-We didn't get to play the main game at all
-The controls during Quidditch were a bit unresponsive
