Dan Miller writes: "Solo developer Fredrik Strøm had previously explained after being made redundant from his job for the second time in a year his energies were focused on finding employment but that Scraps would still be made."
Dan Miller writes: "It’s always upsetting to see a project struggling, even if it’s not one I backed. In the case of solo developer Fredrik Strøm it’s even more unfortunate as the poor guy has found himself unemployed for the second time in a year. For backers of his debut project Scraps - Story of a Dog this means a delay until they see the finished product as Fredrik has announced that the project is on hold for now."
Scraps is a vehicular combat game developed by Moment Studio for the PC, Mac and Linux platforms. It is currently available to play on Steam's Early Access programme after a successful Kickstarter campaign which managed to raise almost $30,000 NZD from 928 backers.
'Scraps' developer Bill Borman talks about how he found success on both Kickstarter and Steam Greenlight, without any prior experience.
