Fallout 4 Is Full Of Bugs, But Fixing Them Could Ruin It

WHENEVER A NEW Bethesda game comes out, I hope and pray that it’s just as buggy and unpolished as its previous games.

Thankfully, Fallout 4 is no exception, with reviewers and players calling out its creaky engine, poor companion AI, sub-par animation, and many other glitches and bugs. Some see this as a failure of Bethesda to get with the program and embrace modern-day AAA polish. I don’t. Each time a new release is as rough and buggy as those that came before, it shows Bethesda is focused on the right things.

The story is too old to be commented.

The amount of clickbait that comes after a major game release....lmao.

I don't know what it is, but other than Dogmeat getting stuck on the scenery a few times, this seems to have far less glitchiness for me than what's being reported. No crashes, lockups, quest problems, nada.

Yeah, I'm surprised. I've been play the game a lot, and so far I've been impressed. The game has only crashed twice. I've seen subtitles get stuck twice and I think I've only seen two terminals that were broken (one requires Expert, but it still says I don't have the skill to hack it and the other has a security door menu that just shows a blank screen).

In the grand scheme of things and comparing to past Bethesda games, I'm impressed.

I am still waiting for my first quest glitch. I am honestly a bit surprised I have not had one 49 hours in. Probably jinxed it now

Bethesda are the only developers that get away with buggy glitchy messes
