A look at the European packaging of the upcoming The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD Amiibo Bundle.
Everytime I hope they are going to do collectors/special editions of their games they do this crap instead How about a steelbook, along with the OST and artbook.
No, the less CE's these companies make the better.
Urm...why? People like to buy them and with Nintendos big franchises such as Zelda they would be welcome editions to the CE market. The artwork on some of the steelbooks could be amazing, the Mario Kart 8 one in Germany was great. http://images.nintendolife.... Thye would be better then these crappy, over priced Amiibos. Least I can display a big statue proudly
The CE market is a joke. People wasting their money on things that cost pennies on the dollar to make. CE market = Fan Exploitation
If you actually did some research for once instead of getting really excited about hating on Nintendo, you would know the OST is included in the bundle. They also did a steel book for Project Zero special edition in Europe.
Interesting, your reasoning for wanting CEs is because people like them. The sales of Amiibo shows that people like those as well, the only difference is that you don't like them. I personally don't care that much about steelbooks, they're nice to have and all but they end up getting looked at a couple of times than shelved for a long while. But I understand that people enjoy them so I'm not going to say they shouldn't exist, as the joy that they provide shows that they are serving their purpose for those that enjoy such things. Equally, many people enjoy amiibos, and they are serving the purpose that they set out to serve. It's fine that you have differing opinions, that's healthy for public discourse, but I urge you to look at it from my perspective. You are actively fighting something, which I and many others are fond of, that you don't like, while in turn advocating the inclusion of a Collector's Edition, which I and many others don't like. All I'm trying to say is live and let live, if you don't like it than you are free not to purchase it. Many others will do so instead.
How about they tell us what the damn amiibo does...
Yes, as well as more in game footage. So far I Am not overly impressed with what I have seen, which is very little. Also I am kind of getting PO that amibo seem to be required to fully enjoy what certain games offer, in the past they have been more of an option that you didn't really have to have to enjoy the game right away after purchase. Anyway,I will pick this up no matter what, even if it means I have to get an amibo, and Nintendo knows that! Pshh!
VERY interesting that it ties in Zelda U..
So excited for this. One of my favourite Zeldas
Definately getting this, havent played this Zelda before. Dont know if I'd get the Amiibo bundle though just the game will be fine for me
Mines already paid off. Can't wait!
I'm hoping they've done something to remedy the lack of things to do in the larger field areas. The desert especially; 99% of my time there was spent dodging the sand worms and running from place to place; activities were very sparse and the worms had no worthwhile rewards in them to justify stopping and killing them whenever they popped up. Other than that, I'm looking forward to it, too.
Can't wait to play through this amazing experience all over again and that amiibo looks awesome.
