@DJ below : the new Socom looks like a early PS2 game graphically , but all you ps3 fanboys are all hyped up.

Art direction is standard JRPG fare, and the graphics blow. It's like looking at a PS2 game in HD.

The art direction is very stanrdard. It looks PS2 quality graphics.

But doesn't mean it can't be a good game still.

I am nto worried, PS3 is harder to develop for, and it's been out for less time. I fully expect Square Enix to start makign some PS3 excslusives. I mean eventually, not anytime soon.

Valkyria Chronicles does look awesome, but Disaega 3 doesn't.

To be honest, i dont think this looks all that hot from a graphical perspective. That said, the concept is really intriguing so i'm keeping my eye on it to see how it turns out. Much more exciting about Star Ocean though!

It doesnt look amazing graphically but saying it looks bad is really stretching.Moreover its really colourful and looks very interisting , you cant deny that.It looks neat , good enough to be satisfying.

La Chance youre a fanboy and a liar. I said Disgaea 3 and Valkyria Chronicles are not traditional JRPGs and I prefer them over any RPG released this generation so far, whether it be on PS3 or 360.

And this game does look crappy, so do most of the generic RPGs coming out, especially from Square.

Infinite Undiscovery sounds like a bad translation. Im sure the called it Infinite Discover at the Microsoft press conference. Anyway, this looks like an above average JRPG from last gen...

@La Chance I love RPG's so I can wait for them to come to the PS3. RPG fans are patient people and will wait for them to come. Eternal Sonata will prove that be selling the 360 lifetime sales in Japan or Europe in its firt week.

Infinite Undiscovery seems way out there in story and if you are listening to the names over and over they need to sound good. Innundo Dive makes me cringe and I heard some bad names.

I won't get a 360 as I have a powerful PC which can run Crysis very well it I wanted it and all the good 360 games are there and are better than the 360 version and now have free online.

Lastly La Chance no one cares what you think thats why you can say a pro sony comment and still get disagrees as people see your name and click disagree.

i like the armors and clothes but the graphics are very poor. look at the pic of the beach. it looks pretty bad.

but i am the kind of person that still plays snes, ps1 and ps2 rpg, so if the story and gameplay are good then all it's fine.

I really must preorder this game from Gamestop soon. I really want that bonus content and limited foil print! And it may not be the most visually impressive title, but there is something I like about the art style. I have high hopes for both this and The Last Remnant. So hard to really say which I'm more excited about. Glad this one will be out very soon though!

I'm interested in seeing exactly what kind of changes happen in the world. It sounds very promising and I hope they can pull it off well.

It looks like the gameplay will be typically good. Nothign revolutionary but fun. And if you need graphics or art directon you have to go for Valkyria Chronicles.

I don't hate *everything* 360 related. I can recognize good games when I see them and the fact that I want to play them. I may support the PS3 and Sony but I love games. :)

Folklore was pretty awesoem to me, and I hate JRPG's. I just loved the sixaxis use. That was the best sixaxis use ever.

the screens don't really do anything for me, as it looks like your standard JRPG, but i'm a sucker for standard JRPGs, so i'm sold.

the only problem i have, is how i'm going to squeeze in an RPG with my busy schedule (not to mention me and my fiance may be moving to Japan for a few months at the end of the year to stay with my sister).

ah well. between my PS3, PSP, and 360, this is going to be a painfully busy last 5 months of the year.
