Every Nintendo handheld has had that exciting franchise that brings forth new and refreshing ideas. The Gameboy had Tetris and Pokémon –the Gameboy Color had Pokémon Yellow, the GBA gave way to Fire Emblem being localized for release in the USA, and the Nintendo DS presented touch-screen gaming. Thanks to the touch-screen, franchises like Brain Age and Nintendogs became a worldwide sensation. Well, there’s a new phenomenon ready to take the world by surprise, and it is on the Nintendo 3DS. Enter: Yo-kai Watch.
Level-5 will host a “Yo-kai Watch 5th Anniversary Title Presentation” on June 27, where it will announce its previously teased new entry in the series. The presentation will be live streamed on YouTube.
Hardcore Gamer: For those who wore a Wazzat on their heads and forgot to see Yo-Kai Watch: The Movie in theaters, fear not! Fans of the television series and video games who missed out on the limited run Fathom event in select cinemas will have the chance to catch it on television.
