Dragon Age: Origins – the name almost completely gives the game away as being "Yet another RPG for the PC". Upon the surface the game does represent an era of games that has spanned the past fifteen years. The attraction is the classic formulae that Dragon Age: Origins represents: take a party of four; add swords and magic; dip it in a fluid combat system; and dry out among in-depth conversation trees. Behold the reincarnation of the BioWare role-playing game.
The Good: Looks pretty, combat looks awesome
The Bad: Feels too familiar to every other RPG
The Ugly: Console owners may miss out - for a while at least
