Orlando Sentinel Review: American McGee's Grimm - A Boy Learns What Fear Is

Orlando Sentinel writes: "It is a fantastic game and I highly recommend it for anyone. Well except for kids, there is some fairly dark imagery [causing people to die by hanging, impaling kids on spikes]. The graphics are very, very simple. There is a cartoony paper cut-out look to everything. Sometimes they range on the ugly side, but overall it works with the story. What is fairly impressive is how as you walk around, the game world dynamically changes to its darker self. The trees slowly morph into dark and twisted forms and the buildings catch on fire and spikes appear out of nowhere."
