In-fact everything Ubisoft has launched in the last 2 years has been completely broken at launch, The ubi-play is a complete joke, the servers are some of the worst I've ever seen in gaming. AC Unity could not be more broke.

The Rainbow 6 beta/ the fake dedicated servers were awful... And you think FarCry Primal won't have problems...LoL

Really? Your best bet is buy this used, not on launch..

Fact...they were also titles made during the launch of PS4 and XONE. Many of those titles ie Watch Dogs, AC Unity where made for the first time on new hardware.

I don't play the AC series or Watchdogs, but I can say that the second titles play much better then the very first on new hardware.

AC II was far better and less buggy then AC 1 was.

I can't just rule out new hardware as the series didn't have some deep history of bugs. Though I don't agree with how either of those games launched, I also can't state that they will just forever be that way.

Different set of situations now compared to 2 years ago. They are familiar with the hardware, Far Cry Primal is coming out for 3 platforms, not 5.

I mean....we can't just ignore that those things very much factor into future titles lol So forgive me for not jumping on the Ubisoft hate train lolz.

I'm not even buying a Ubisoft title this year either so...

Didn't Witcher 3 launch with a lot of bugs? Isn't it still buggy as it just got a patch not too long ago? No game is just immune to those issues. I just take it by a game by game basis and don't just assume all their titles will be that way for life.

It was my experience that Assassin's Creed: Black Flag, and Watchdogs were way less broken than AC Unity. Both were earlier games in the generation.

Unity was the last straw for me playing Ubisoft games at launch. Maybe after a month of so I would consider it.

I heard watchdogs had issues, but I heard some didn't have problems like others did, it was sorta mixed.

AC Black Flag was not a 100% current gen game, was not on a new engine etc.

I mean..I wouldn't say get their games at launch, its up to you bud, but I wouldn't assume that every game they release will be that way based on their launch on new hardware. Many, many developer have trouble on new hardware early in the gen.

As far as I know, Far Cry has been the only franchise they HAVEN'T fucked up. Far cry 4 was brilliant.

It might have to do with a different team working on it. A more competent one perhaps.

You make it out as if Ubisoft have always been terrible... They had one bad year full of terrible games, they can easily turn it round by bringing out a good AC game and a good Rainbow game this year, it's unlikely but they were on a role the end of last gen.

My point is, if they ruin a game, and people don't buy it, then they learn ...if people buy it and complain about it, or complain before it is even out, but then buy it anyway....they are still making money.

The game looks good to me.. I just hope the story is entertaining as well. 4 was boring to me and i forced myself to complete it even though it looked great.. It didnt have that appeal 3 had

If they really took their time with their games they would be amazing.. But it's pretty obvious that they are always rushing to release their games in the fall
