Destiny: The Taken King's new raid 'King's fall' has already been cleared by multiple teams.
That's pretty crazy. My clan is all ready to take it on tomorrow. We have 3 at 290+ including myself. Just trying to get a few other clan members light levels up tomorrow night to attempt a clear.
Dont het why these are cleared so fast already.
Eh, it's just those people that want to do something as fast as possible. I went from 270 to 295 last night to get raid ready. As long as you're properly geared, and have some good communication and teamwork. I can see people clearing a new raid several hours after it launches. Hoping my attempt will go smoothly, it's always crazy going into a new raid in any MMO type game.
It was cleared by a group of streamers first, which pretty much explains why they did it first as that is what they do every day and have more time than most people who want to do it.
What are they waiting to get this game on PC?
No idea, being an fps would be amazing on PC. Cross play and they are set.
Agreed, one issue is target acquisition as a stat for sights (they just use different adjectives for how good it is, no number). No auto aim on PC. Cross play would be great though, especially for vanguard, crucible they might have to separate
FPS are not an autosell on PC. Look at Hardline. Playercount is abysmall. Pricestructure is different as well and could get a problem marketingwise. Then there is the whole optimization issue ... That's just a few points, that come to mind.
It sounds like they are working on a PC version based on their recent hires. Fingers crossed haha
We don't want it, really we don't.
Okay, but don't speak for everyone. I think it would possibly sell better on PC..
"3 fireteams managed to clear the raid within a few hours on day 1. Coming from a game as World of Warcraft, it seriously makes me wonder what’s up with these so called ‘Raids’." 1. Over six hours actually. And the three teams that did are considered the best Destiny players and clans out there. "From what I read WOW normal raids average 3 to 4 hours with a decent team". 2. This is the easy mode of the raid, it is meant to be more accessible. The hard modes will come later. Personally it has been awesome so far, except for some annoying internet issues with our fireteam. We weren't able to beat it yesterday but we are going for round 2 today.
... good luck and have fun.
Thank you! Hopefully we will make it today. Loving all the puzzles so far.
When Icecrown Citadel came out for WoW: Wrath of the Lich King, it took 2 weeks for the best raiding team in Kil'jaeden to get to Saurfang, that the 4th boss of a 12 boss raid. Trash itself was hard. New raids in wow suck, with people clearing them fast, which is why they now release sections of the raid each week after announced release. Games have become easy to satisfy the casual crowd. I know many people wont agree with me, but whatever. Taken King should have been on Year one, they clearly cut that content out. Have fun with the game, I try and can't.
i watched them do this raid on twitch last night....it was well put together. looking forward to getting my copy on monday and starting off!
This RAID was insanely difficult for them to do....they were fighting the main boss for like 4 hours
