Dunno, we're playing quite often p&p rpg's, not as often as in school years but I still prefer having creative fun with my friends, beer, lots of laughs, great food and music than washing my brain in front of a PC.
But honestly, single-player along with mmo RPG's are great sources of inspiration for adventures.
