Epic Games President Mike Capps was answering a few questions at the recent TV award shows from Spike TV, where he revealed a couple of details about DownLoadable Content for Gears of War. He revealed some interesting details, most notable saying that all content ever released by Epic would be free. Shortly before
Mike Capps admitted that the DLC has been in development for a long time now, which indicates it is most probably ready.
"We always take care of our customers, we always give them stuff for free, and we're going to keep doing that forever. That's how we do it, this is Epic."
It's true that Epic have said little in reference to DLC, and they continue to not reveal anything about the content. However, Capps' response was in reply to being asked how Gears would remain a top seller. So could it be that there will be maybe an added difficulty level, or perhaps new modes in the multiplayer, with all new maps? I have no idea, but they would all make the game last that little bit longer.
