Zombi is the updated and enhanced version of the WiiU game, ZombiU, and has recently been released on PC, Xbox One and PS4. When it was first released for the WiiU it came out to mixed reviews and poor sales but was praised for its use of the Gamepad, maintaining high tension as gamers had to look away to check their inventory, check the map or use the scanner. When first announced for other platforms, many critics and websites questioned the developers on whether or not they could maintain the tension without the Gamepad. Zombi maintains the high tension of its predecessor but is still bugged by the same poor gameplay mechanics and repetitive combat that doesn’t make this adventure worthwhile if you’ve played the original.
