Good to see someone utilize the available technology more fully. This is something I thought about when Kinect 2 was first announced and they mentioned the ability to sense heart rate. I wasn't thinking about calming anyone down though. I was thinking see what gets to them and throw more of it at them. And use their stress against them by making it harder to keep your balance when running or interfering with accuracy when shooting. Making it harder to use a key to unlock a door when being chased. Or picking a lock in time sensitive situations in non horror games.
