If you've never heard of The Last Guy, you're not alone. IGN hadn't heard of it until an ad popped up on one of their Japanese PS3 accounts a few weeks ago. In it, a dude in a blue suit and red cape ran around a Google-looking map with a trail of citizens behind him. Various monsters littered the map, and it was up to the caped crusader to keep the pack out of the clutches of the bad guys and get the group to an Escape Zone. It seemed awesome and it was the first thing the team downloaded when they got to the office today. As soon as PS Team Editor-in-Chief Chris Roper turned it on, comments such as "Oh, this better come to America" began.
