A gameplay demo of Homefront The Revolution looking at the open world guerilla based gaming.
Looks pretty good, seeing several ideas from Far Cry in this game. hopefully we see more from this game
The cinematic trailer at the beginning sets an emotional tone for this game, but to me the gameplay looks like nothing new, and graphically speaking, it doesn't do much for me. You can tell that this game was meant for last generation consoles, which isn't all that surprising, seeing as how this game was first announced 3 or 4 years ago.
Where is Mafia 3??
Reveal is tomorrow at 8 am EST
Seems that it could actually be pretty fun. Still need to see more gameplay but this was okay considering it was a world premier.
I guess..it looked well made, that;s for sure. But so far not seeing anything that stands out as different from the other types of FPS we get.
If anything, it all looks a little too familiar.. some features from past FPS games coupled with a setting from past FPS games. Not sure why they haven't shown/created anything fresh, something that sells the game. I'll probably try it nonetheless though, viva la resistance
My thoughts exactly. Nothing stood out that sold me on this game. There was nothing this game was doing that was unique or new to this genre. I guess I was looking for a hook, gimmick anything to set this apart from the other FPS war time shooters.
I know this game has 4 player online co op and Crytek had no intention to implement a competitive mp. So after Koch Media aquired the ip will there be a competitive mp after all?
I was expecting someting more organic, less futuristic... I lost some of the interest.
Looks awesome 😃
I had fun playing Homefront. I liked what it was. This looks interesting to say the least. I definitely am seeing the Farcry vibe like someone mentioned up top.
