Whistler writes, "Lore wise the Astrologian is a seeker of knowledge who by reading the stars can foretell their destiny and shape their fate, in-game however the Astrologian is primarily a healer who can double as a magic based dps and has exclusive access to a card draw mechanic. As a healer they heavily borrow abilities from the White Mage while also sharing some similarities with Scholar so as to keep a somewhat balanced playing field between the healer trifecta."
