Here’s 11 minutes of footage from a very rough version of the new Hitman. The new digital-led game for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC will launch on December 8th, 2015.
looks good but it all boils down to how smart the a.i. is
Doesn't seem that smart. Not when someone gets choked to death a meter away, and the other dude is none the wiser.
This is still in the Alpha Stage.
@Anthotis It's just that Hitman is very professional. He cushions every movement and collision of the vitctims body using his own body. Like, before the victim falls to the ground, making a noise, Hitman uses his hand to cushion the fall very elegantly. Or the AI is stupid, I don't know.
finally the full video the game looks good
Very impressive I must to say.
Hitman returning to its roots.
Video not working anymore :( But I've watch it when news was pending.
As a major Blood Money fan, i must say this looks really good!
Dear god... Its amazing.. I NEED IT
Nice of them to just breach what was a NDA/contract lol
Doubt a site that small was actually sent something such as this. When it comes to these things, they are either handed, by the developers/publisher themselves, to "leak" the video, or it was handed off in secret for, ultimately, the same reasons.
don't like that its digital, but damn looks good, a.i. looks useless but hopefully this is on easy mode or something
I just hope the levels are as memorable as Blood Money's.
They only messed up on one thing. When Agent 47 climbs with his Brief cases, he always just tosses the Brief case over the fence/wall first, then climbs over and picks it back up. But it's an Alpha, :P
I'm loving the "looks great...back to it's roots" comments when people said the same thing about Abolustion. Just saying...don't get sucked in again. If it's good, it's good, if it's a letdown you won't feel anything as you didn't get sucked in. Anyway I think I'll pass for now. They are experimenting with episode based games with AAA franchises. I could easily imagine them doing it and the more they do they put less content in each new episode meaning in the end you'd end up paying the same or more for a game with less content. That's how DLC and the like got out of control, don't want to help another trend being set off.
Looks like a ps2 game
-Foxtrot....eat some bad guacamole this morning? Sucked into what? I enjoyed Blood Money and I liked Absolution too so goody for you you're not getting it, I am.
Sucked into the constant flow of hype where a game is so highly anticipated it's expected to live up a highly rated past game only to fall flat on it's face because expectations ended up being so high it was never going to reach it. Doesn't mean it's a bad game but they said the same about the last one...they made references to Blood Money mostly because it's regarded as the best Hitman game. Now they are doing it again...even though their past PR comments for Absolution came across that the past game was supposed to be like Blood Money. It's like when RE6 was coming out and Capcom made references to the old RE games....or when FF13 was coming out and they made references to FF7, Lightning being a "female Cloud" etc. So don't come across like an ass...I'm just saying why raise your expectations when they've done this type of stuff before, least if you keep a clear head and it does end up being a letdown compared to what they've made it out to be you can't be letdown yourself.
Well that was a feminine looking descent down the stairs right off the beginning! La-la-la-laaaaaaaa-la-la.
Wish we could know just what platforms this game is coming to. Is it a timed PS4 exclusive or what?
Looks like a happy middle ground between the old and new hitman.
Lol played the first level of the last game have not tried it, again enjoyed the older games but stealth always tends to bore me these days.
