5pb. and Mages have launched the official website for its upcoming YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love at the Bound of this World remake first announced in December.
And winner of the Longest Game Title goes to....YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love at the Bound of this World! And I thought the new Dragon Quest game was a mouth full.
It does seem like a lot of Japanese games go for longer, more elegant titles. Never known why.
That's nothing compared to this one: http://mobile.geek.com/late... "The short version of the title is simply Summertime High School. The full title reads as follows: Summertime High School. A Young Man’s Notes – How a New Exchange Student Like Myself Ran Into His Childhood Friend On The School Tour, Then For Some Reason Became Super-Popular With The Girls For His Daily Scoops On The School Photography Club Even Though He Only Takes Panty Shots, And What He Thinks As He Goes On Dates During His Summer Of Island School Life."
Woah.... I remember playing this game 4 years ago thanks to the fine folks who translated it. The entire interface was long in the tooth and the story had some weird turns but it was such a memorable experience that I remember most of the story beats even today. Anyone who is a Visual Novel veteran should give this game a chance BUT remember to play it with the walkthrough because it is VERY tricky to complete all the routes otherwise.
