Cyberpunk RPG Dex Rejected by GOG

Serena Nelson writes: "It's been about two months since Cyberpunk RPG Dex was released to the public and fans have been able to play it on multiple platforms. Unfortunately, one distribution site refused to host the game. According to the developers declined their request to take on the title. The main reason cited is due to "mixed reviews". That said, they're not down and out yet."

The story is too old to be commented.

GOG has standards?

But they sell Daikatana.

Daikatana is a classic game so doesn't count

It's certainly old.

But "old" and "classic" are not synonymous.

But I guess since GOG isn't all about old games any more, there's no reason for them to be about good games, either.

It is kind of strange since the Steam reviews aren't that bad.

GOG is owned by CDPR who are making their own cyberpunk rpg /conspiracy

That angle doesn't make any sense since they have tons of cyberpunk games on GOG, many of which are recent cyberpunk indie games:

Cyberpunk 2077 won't be out for a couple years, and by that time Dex will be pretty much forgotten. CDPR are a AAA developer too. They wouldn't stoop to censoring indie games out of some silly sense of competition.
