Assassin's Creed: Unity podcast review - QuitorContinue.com

Will it be a case of ‘vive la Revolution’ or more ‘off with his head’ as the QorC regulars gather round to debate Assassin’s Creed: Unity?

This series really needs to take a year out. The annualisation of the franchise is really unhealthy, and the games are bloated and in need of a refresh.

Just a year? I think they should put all that man power to good use in a new ip

i enjoyed Unity but there is nothing about Syndicate that makes me want to play it. Plus, I heard enough bad cockney accents in Unity.

I only played unity because I got it super cheap, it wasn't bad. Syndicate just looks again like more of the same, I just have very little interest in it. I don't think I have ever been this disinterested in an assassins creed game.

I don't understand the excitement over these games anymore. Everyone knows what they're getting and I know what I'm getting won't interest me... Unless you see people hanging from the windows slopping out in which case... Game on!

I think the series could do with giving a breather for a year or two. Then Ubi can come back with (hopefully) something a bit different.

I think the series needs new ideas and a better (or at least more refined) engine. Instead we're getting the same old thing with undeveloped characters and crappy accents in Syndicate.

I'd love to know who took the time to collect all 296 chests in this game...and if they've since taken a step back and reevaluated their life.

KiwiViper851112d ago

Does that include the app chests?

Kipster1112d ago

Yes...although the game has been patched so you no longer need the companion app to open them.
