In my younger years I would rage like a son of a bee. Punching walls, breaking controllers, and anything destructive I can possibly do. I've definitely matured a lot and games just don't push my buttons like they use to. Hind sight, it is really silly to get THAT angry over something so trivial.

Getting annoyed, cussing, and maybe an occasional shout is ok. Once it starts getting physical then it is time to go cool off.

My anger/rage is always in proportion to a feat that I am denied, due to a technical mishap that I have little too, no control on preventing.

Such as being close to beating boss or character that is virtually impossible to beat on the hardest difficulty, but something like a pointless boundary or glitch causing to have to restart a 5 to 10minute battle.

Or almost taking over an entire military fortress on my own, and having an eagle kill me as Im seeking cover from a Flamethrower welding "Heavy", and once I respawn Im dead smack in the center of said fortress, completely surrounded by all the characters that I killed at a distance, before being maimed by a freckin eagle.

Or having 10 seconds on A.I. controlled cars, with a car thats maxed out and at stock is better than the cars the A.I. is driving, and somehow they close that gap on the last stretch of road or lap.

Or playing my preferred fps on hardcore and in the process of bringing a team of 20 people back in the league by following the objective with a tank or scout heli, to have my own teammate(s) kill me by either being jealous, trigger happy, or complete A-hole.

And the countless rage moments due to lag.
